Hi Having an issue with recovering my back up image, Its on an external HDD 500GB within the PC, Original HDD has failed (1TB), I upgraded my pc previously from win7 pro to Win10 Pro, all was okay until one morning the 1TB HDD failed, Purchased a fresh 1TB HDD to re-image but just keeps erroring, saying as stated in the header... system image error. the processor architecture or OS version of windows recovery environment is not the same as that of the computer that was backed up?Not sure what to do as can't look in the image as a.
