Print Dialogue Custom scaling by % does not draw up material from 2nd page

First, I don't know who programs the print dialogue for Windows - the specific print driver or is it MS?If it is MS, then in the print dialogue for Adobe Acrobat Reader the Custom Scale shrinks the material on each page, but it does not suck up material from the following page to the page like it did before my got my new printer. Or maybe a wonderful MS update changed it and I didn't notice.I print Amazon invoices and many times there are only a few lines on the second page that I can bring into the first page to save paper and make it easier to read.
