Hi! My laptop is a TOSHIBA dynabook R632/F. I have it for 3 years now and I don't know anything about computers. I have many files important in my laptop and the blue screen started 3 months ago and I keep getting it frequently but I can still use my laptop.I always update my laptop so I am wondering what seems to be the problem.
