I am using a laptop with the below windows 10 build. and I get persistent corrupted files that are affecting my system performance and causing one or all of the below issuesflickering screen when booting to windowsBSOD when booting to windowsSlow performance with either high utilization of CPU, RAM, or diskI have tried all the below commands and sometimes it gets fixed using one or a combination of the below and sometimes I have to install a fresh copy of windows on my SSDUnable to fix using " sfc /scannow" commandUnable to fix using "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /restorehealth" commandUnable t
