my pc has some missing file but i dont know how to recover my file without deleting my pc's data

i cant update my pc when i open "windows update" im stuck in the loading screen i tried the"Sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth" but it did not help.And i cannot find "windows update" at services my pc used to update since i changed my power supply this happened.here are some of my buildsOS name:Microsoft Windows 10 pro.processors:AMD Ryzen 5 3400G with RAdeon Vega grahpics, 3700< 4 core(s)
