I have 2 headsets, one Xbox one headset and one Razer headset. Both are fully operational and work properly (tested them on a different device) and when i plug them into any aux plug on my PC, all i hear is a small amount of static (so i know they're getting an electrical signal) and then my PC doesn't even recognize that they're plugged in. It also doesn't show up on my PC that the slots i'm trying are even there and the only audio devices that show up are from the HDMI output.Please help.
