Laptop using Windows 10. Trying to download my photos held in a google account to my plugged in external hard drive device. It seems to work and I can see the files in the external hard drive but when I try to view them via Windows media player on my laptop from the external hard drive the message comes back "Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file". Can anyone explain or help with this issue please?I can view the pictures from the hard drive in the lap top via windows media player but not the ones on the external HD.
