Lately it happened several times, that when downloading image files per drag & drop, a .url link was stored instead of the image fileThe file (created by windows?) is a .url link (extension always hidden) with peduliar name and content (see below).The file cannot be deleted or modifield.The folder can only be deleted after a restart, as Windows claims an open file in the folder (even if the .url file is the only one in the folder).As I found out, this happenes, when the url itself contains (i.e. is) the image data (e.g by opening image in in new tab from google search).Although I seem to h
