Hi, I have a few issues with my hp laptop. I was trying to download the new version of office as my license has expired. I was unable to do this, as I did not have enough disk space. All that is loaded on my laptop is windows and this was also out of date so I went and updated this and this also fails due to lack of disk space. I then went to try and free up some disk space and used an external drive to hope that this would allow me to update windows and then office, but this would not allow me to delete anything that wasn’t required.
