I have a Windows tablet that came preinstalled with Windows 10 and I want to reset/restore it to factory settings/condition. I tapped on RESET THIS PC and was able to select the language and keyboard settings during setup. Then I get the error referenced in the following link: Ice Crystals PREMIUM Windows 10 Theme [Download] tapped TRY AGAIN numerous times but got the same message every time.
