Now I am getting the following message from Windows Media Player after a Windows Upgrade. CONNECT A BURNER AND RESTART PLAYER???? I cannot locate my DVD/CD DRIVE / BURNER nor is it being detected? I checked and it is now missing. I did a burn to a CD just before the upgrade and had no problems.I looked at all the inquires and none of it helped to fix the problem. I want to talk to a live person because of the following message I found on the question:"OK, this is what I ended up doing... and problem is now resolved:I tried the Microsoft "Virtual Agent".
