What happened to my mouse pointer?

Under Window 10, suddenly and for no apparent reason, there is an opaque circle in the upper right corner of my screen with a mouse pointer inside of it. The circle is about 1" in diameter. The cursor that I move around the screen and use to click on things flashes off and on, almost like I have trails enabled. What is going on here?I've checked numerous mouse settings and there is nothing that relates to a circle in the upper right corner of the screen with a mouse cursor inside!
