i actually have a big problem on my computer with this error code : " 0x80070002 "

This issue is from my windows update and blocking me from all updates for 10 days+ and also blocking me to upgrade to windows 11 or reset my pc i tried lots of suggestions i found on google etc. .. but everything doesn't works and i'm stuck here so can anyone here help me out??
