I have an HP Laptop 15-bw0xx running Windows 10 Build 18362 and I can't use the touchpad when I press or hold down keys.

I have attempted to fix this through the regedit in this thread and it did nothing, the settings were still there after I rebooted, but the problem wasn't fixed. I've tried looking through other settings, and there are seemingly none for this specific issue. I've also updated my drivers. There seems to be no native driver software in particular with extra settings for this touchpad, but maybe I'm wrong. Could it also be some obscure keyboard setting that I can't find?
