My gateway laptop was updated to windows ten a couple months ago with no issues, however i wanted to reset the laptop and clear its current files as its a hand me down from my dad. After it finally got through the wipe, and the windows install that the laptop did on its own, after asking me the basic start up questions like location settings, WiFi networks, and Microsoft privacy preferences, the screen freezes on the "just a moment" screen, and the pinwheel stops, then the screen goes black while still being back lit and powered on. It doesn't progress any further. I'm not sure what to do to g
