When editing documents, I need to select and comment on word, sentence, fragment, paragraph, make format changes (fonts, indentation etc.) copy between documents but my mouse looses selection, so I have to work around with keyboard selection. After I select text with keyboard shortcuts, clicking note with mouse or font options from menu works. All the trouble started after I moved from office desktop apps to cloud. Could some Microsoft employee expert comment on this issue, asked by hundreds of users in different forums and threads. I have tried multiple recommendations. Different mouse, tried
