how to reinstall Audio output device back into Windows 10

My audio stopped working after my latest update. I keep getting "NO Audio Output Device installed"!!! I have been online for 4 days!!! Reading, printing out suggestions and nothing is working. H E L P !!! Thanks, JKnight1
