How to get rid of xplornet email pop up

we got rid of xplornet and mail with it. We keep having the window pop up for email, wants a password. We can't seem to get it gone?? When I try to load a saved email or pic this box comes up and because we no long have the provider we can't access the saves emails and the pop up continues
