Laptop crashed at window 10 loading screen and then restarts after that and repeat after reset.

I have an HP Laptop.Today because of lots of problems I reseted it (full reset)removes all files.But when the reset completed The laptop restarted then at the window 10 logo loading screen where the Loading circle was missing and in few seconds it shutdown automatically and then restarts and then again when it comes to window 10 loading screen it crashed.My laptop had window 10 with the purchase.And i cannot press f11 because my windows was already not working properly before reset
