Hi,up until early Wednesday I was accessing my virgin media email via Outlook which has far superior functionality.Something has changed since then & Outlook cannot connect to the Virgin media server smtp.virginmedia.comIs there some way I can re-establish connection with this server? Strangely enough, this issue was highlighted in September but an answer was not provided as the guy who raised the issue found a solution, unfortunate I have not ben able to, despite long conversations with Virgin who say the problem is caused by the third party application - Outlook. I have the same problem
