Windows 10 Lock screen (Advice)

Hey Quick question, i'm aware this is quite normal as I have a couple of gaming PC's but why does the clock flash on startup (My desktops seem to do it but not all my laptops do it. (Please watch video 13 seconds in). Very trivial but would like to know if someone has the knowledge. Oviously you can only press enter once the flash has occured which I assume it's loading something. 20230429_122559.mp4 in advance you amazing peope. Tom
