Accidentally disconnected my own and only monitor from settings and i don't know how to fix that

Hello, I was playing around bc an anti cheat program was finding two monitors when I only have one. I checked the steps to fix that but now I cannot see a thing in my one monitor, it goes on "No signal" and turns off. Is there a way to fix it? The screen goes black and on no signal immediately so I don't know what to do.
