Is there any way of finding the encryption key on an old windows folder?

My pcs motherboard got burnt and when we went to repair it, we also put a new ssd and installed windows on it, but now there are a bunch of encrypted files from before the computer got burnt that we cant open, is there any way of finding the old encryption key from the old windows folder? (The one with system32)
