Is there a way to have the windows 10 default wallpaper show when no one is signed in and once someone is signed in and the computer goes to sleep it

Is there a way to have the login wallpaper change when someone is signed in. e.g. When no one is signed in, I want this wallpaper to show this: but when a user is logged in and the computer goes to either sleep or locks itself it changes for e.g. I want it to change to the image below. I know this is a small change and not a big deal but is this possible. ( I will using a different image I Just sued this as an example)
