KB5023696 Fails to install - Error Code: 0x800f0922

Hello,I have a problem with KB5023696 installation. It always fails and the changes have been undone. Windows Update service is trying to install it, then comes the message "We are not able to install the update, undoing changes". I have tried many "solutions" for that (check the Internet connection, turn the Firewall off, ...), but without success.My computer is Toshiba Satellite P50 wihout TPM chip onboard.
