When laptop is on charge, CMD popup appears again and again

Hello,Whenever the laptop is on charge irrespective of any thing we do on the pc there is a CMD popup :C:\Users\Antoi\AppData\Roaming\arteessIt append every 10 min approx and it make a back-windows so it's quite annoying.Regards,
