my computer got some malware (which is now resolved and clean) but now i cant update my windows, it says "Something went wrong. Try to reopen settings later" i already tried using the command window but "net stop wuauserv" says it is an invalid service name, furthermore the troubleshooter doesnt detect any problems. for windows update. Also the lines"ren %systemroot%\softwaredistribution softwaredistribution.bakren %systemroot%\system32\catroot2 catroot2.bak"dont work either
