xinput1_3.dll and D3Dcompiler_43.dll is either not designed to run on windows or either it contains an error. How to solve this problem?

When I ran epic games launcher it showed me that this two programs (xinput1_3.dll and D3Dcompiler_43.dll) is either not designed to run on this windows or it contains an error.
