PC crashes randomly but do not generate minidump or MEMORY.dmp

Hello, Following up from this thread : Redirecting you can read in this thread I got help before trying to fix my issues but unfortunately no success because the crashes are still happening.But much more randomly now, before it was only happening when connecting the PC to the TV in my living room (not happening anymore since I changed the battery last week). Then was happening when gaming (without even connecting to any TVs), this one happen
