What are my peer professionals doing as process to handle docking station firmware updates during OS refresh

I'm doing an update to Windows 10 22H2 for a client and this time drivers are being refreshed to be more agile and increase the security posture. The biggest issue I'm having is around updating the docking station firmware. What do people do regarding this? How do you integrate it in existing processes?
