Windows Activation issue, response time from Support

I have the following scenario:- Windows License purchased from Best Buy, local only account- Windows key was not tied to an online account- Motherboard broke in a move, added new motherboard, Windows deactivated- Windows gets error when trying to activate existing keyAll answers to this that I have found point to "Contact Support". I put in a support request for Windows Activation, which is only offered through a phone call, on April 26th. I expect long wait times, but I was not expecting a week without any communication.
