Windows 10 Freezes and Blue Screen

Very frustrated, couple of weeks ago computer froze, did not think much of it, rebooted, all appeared to be fine.Following week it happened again, rebooted, all appeared to be fine.Several day later it happened again, then for the first time blue screen. Now it happens more frequently, sometimes freezes, other times blue screen appear a few minutes having rebooted.Have not installed any new software or hardware.Im very frustrated ans Microsoft Support has not been much help.Thank you.
