Did I receive help from microsoft or have I helped hacker get into my dir?

I'm at the breaking point with my security issue. I first noticed it on Outlook, but today I lost access to my computer and was directed to call a number. The agent said they would take care of everything, and I shared my computer and they looked inside my directory. I even opened my bank account to see if cash app or zelle deducted any funds.Can someone provide a phone number to microsoft windows security team that can help me by reviewing who has access to my computer and whether my IP address has been changed, PLEASE?Thank youChris F.
