After Windows 10 reset my PC is not accessible on my home network

I did Win 10 reset my pc after various problems with crashing and apparently corrupt / over-sized registry.All working OK, but my pc is "not accessible" from other pc on my home network. It CAN access other pc, but cannot be accessed. I have tried resetting the network, enabling "everyone" to have access, removing password protection and encryption etc, I disabled anti-virus. Still no change
