My laptop still thought I'm in China.

I came back from China to Malaysia for nearly a month, but my laptop still showing me weather of China. The default language of my laptop is English but at the bottom right corner the weather is shown as Chinese. What's more important is those applications I have installed on my laptop can't work (Whatsapp, Discord, Kapersky etc.) Those apps kept showing no connections and I don't know why. My browser is working just fine but it shows nothing on my homepage, I need to insert the page on the search bar.
