SUBTITLE: AOMEI appears not to work as I expected with Windows 10 Pro.++++++++++++++++++++The beauty of using the Backup and Restore app in the Windows 10 Home Control Panel is that you can restore your system image backup even when your PC won't boot.The key being the creation of a bootable USB flash drive and using an external hard drive for the system image. This approach has saved me a number of times over the years provided I have the correct boot order and boot mode.The problem arose when I found that this does not seem to work with with Windows 10 Pro.
