How to reinstall Intel Management Engine on Windows 10 third-generation laptop?

I uninstalled the 'Intel Management Engine' from the device manager without selecting the 'delete the drivers software for this device'; Windows is not trying to download the driver again, and now I'm struggling to download the drivers again.
