I don't know what to do here as I've looked up already a few tutorials to solve this issue and nothing seems to have solved the problem. This is on a Windows 10 machine custom-built tower using Sennheiser HD 560S headphones. The audio is transmitting properly to my monitor but not my headphones currently despite the jack being connected. Previously it was continuously disconnecting constantly at random times until I plugged the jack back in a couple times and now it refuses to reconnect.
