The clipboard history on Windows 10 gets stuck to the bottom right of the screen and I can't use arrow keys / enter to select an itemI recently reinstalled windows on my pc and ever since then it just does this. (see image below)The expected behavior is that it pops up where my cursor is,and I can use the arrow keys to select an item,and use the enter key to paste in that item.I already used "sfc /scannow",and "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth",to check for any errors in my windows, which did not fix it.
