How do I fix “device isn’t compatible in windows 10. Contact the manufacturer for more information”

When I try to download windows 10, an error appears saying “this device isn’t compatible in windows 10. Contact the manufacturer for more information.” The device is my Ethernet cable - the intel I219-VI’m not very good with drivers and such and can’t figure out how to fix this , does anyone know how?
