Hi. I have Windows 10 and have been running Photoshop and Lightroom Classic to edit photos. Everything has been great until recently I went back to my programs as I had been away from them for a few weeks. Now the programs seem slower and eventually freezes. Even if I wait for a full half hour there is no response and I am forced to try and manually shut down the programs with the X button. I then find that although the programs seem to close and I get a black screen as usual, the actual computer won't shut down. I then have to do this manually. I have 16 GB RAM. Intel (R) Cure (TM) i7 - 7700H
