My virtual memory is a bit high, I do have it set to let windows automatically handle it. people have been telling me enabling clearing Virtual memory on shut down is safe and in some cases recommended for security reasons as well as storage space and performance. And many others told me it wasn't safe but that was a long time again and from what i been told things have changed.. I even saw something about it on windows site. My question is is it actually safe. I am using windows 10 home.
