To be more precise, when I first open the Spotify app, it proceeds to skip through every single song in the playlist, before looping around and staying on one song. After this, I am no longer able to skip through a song or change the song. The same media pop up stays up when watching youtube videos for example. This is not my first time encountering this issue, as it has happened on every installation of Windows I've had on this pc (including both 10 and 11). Its typically fixed with a quick restart, but it obviously inconvenient. If someone could find the issue, that would be great!
