Frequent Crashing on New Hardware - PSHED.dll and ntoskrnl.exe errors

Originally, the problems tended to occur within a few minutes of starting a game. Now, games seem to run fine but then the system crashes while performing non-intensive activities like internet browsing. I set my BIOS to limit the CPU
