Hello! I own my laptop but I can't access Virus & Threat Protection + my laptop crashed twice showing "Kernal Security Check Failure" :(

For the Kernal Security Check Failure (BSOD), I did the "/scannow" thing on Administrator Command Prompt. It shows that "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them..." --- is that sufficient? Before this, my laptop crashed twice.As for the Virus & Threat Protection missing (I can still see the other options for "Security at a glance"), it says that my IT manages it but I personally own my laptop.
