My Lenovo laptop was working fine until i started it up from it being shut down and the battery 0 after charging it and trying to turn it off it brings me to the Boot Menu. From here i can't exit or select any of the options. If i shut it down, it would just automatically restart and turn back on it brings me back to the same screen (novo button menu). please i need your help as i know nothing about how to fix it i looked many videos on you tube but couldn't find one that's similar to my case i took it to someone who could probably fix it they said they will have to open it and i couldn't go t
