How do I get browser Media Controls to always be visible?

I'm on Windows 10 Enterprise and I am playing audio through the Edge browser (I can't download any apps because it's a work computer so don't suggest that!) when my computer locks the media controls are visible in the bottom right of the lock screen. Is there any way to make the media controls visible all the time? I would like to not have to maximize my browser window every time I want to pause or skip. Thank you.
