Windows turns my monitor on and wakes from sleep

I'm really getting tired of this. I'm on Windows 10. This happens even on my laptop, but it's worse on my desktop. Windows is CONSTANTLY waking my computer from sleep mode and then leaving it on draining electricity all because it wants me to set up something or update something or tell me something. Considering the DOZENS of apps and popups and updates Windows comes with, there's literally always something trying to update or tell me something. The problem:If I sleep my massive 1000 watt PC and go sit on my couch, randomly my monitors will turn on to the sign in screen. Then after 2 minutes o
