Windows 10 to Windows 11.

1) Hi I am Aman Tiwari. Recently I got an update for windows 11. So I want to know that can I update to windows 11 without being a part of windows insider program. 2) Also will there be any issue if I update to windows 11 on a non licensed windows 10.3) Can u please tell me how I can check whether my windows is genuine or not?
