Hi, I have a new question related to the question I posted before. I have Acer One 10 notebook computer with Windows 10. I did a clean install of Windows 10 using installation media USB since support.microsoft.com says"You suspect your device has been infected. Use installation media to reinstall Windows" as using installation media to reinstall Windows without clean install did not solve my problem.
